Q - "When I receive my new Electronic Cigarette does it need charging?"
A - No not immediatley. You should smoke it till it runs out. Charge it for around three hours for the first charge and then subsiquent charges will be around 1 hour.
Q - "How long does a charge last?"
A - A full charge lasts aprroximatley a day depending on usage
Q - "How many cigarettes is a cartridge equivalent to?"
A - Aproximatley 18 to 20 normal cigarettes.
Q - "How long is the Electronic Cigarette?"
A - Each Electronic Cigarette is 89mm long, that is just 6mm longer than a standard B&H cigarette.
Q - Where can I buy replacement cartridges for my electronic cigarette?

Q - I have lost/broken part of my electronic cigarette - what can I do?
A - All parts can be replaced, please see accessories in our list of items
Q - Are these Nicotine Replacement Therapy ( NRT )?
A - These are not classed as NRT as testing has not been carried out by the authorities, however many Doctors have stated that these items are a great way to smoke healthy and eventually kick the habit. Until they are officially announced as NRT we cannot state that they are NRT
